Negative Space & Randomness by James Reeves

Shot on 35mm & 120mm film, these photos are the result of experimenting with the following concepts in mind:  negative space & randomness.

James Reeves is an experimental filmmaker.  Reeves is known for his dark look and meticulous process of combining analog and digital technologies – drawing from Russian filmmaker, Sergie Eisenstein’s theory of “Vertical Montage”, Reeves aims for sound to be the driving dominant force in the materialization of his visual work.
