“A great photograph is a full expression of what one feels about what is being photographed in the deepest sense, and is, a true expression of what one feels about life in its entirety.”
– Ansel Adams
My process for any image is very simple. I love to capture the true essence of the person or landscape and just enhance what is already there.
Sara Long is a graduate of The Art Institute of Charleston with a Photographic Imaging Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree. She is a South Carolina native and has lived there her whole life. She loves her family farm back home, because “Home is where the Heart Is.” It is a very peaceful and serene place to relax and enjoy life and nature, although sometimes you are required to get down and dirty. She loves the country life, rather than the city; although you always have things to do and places to go in the city, in the country you can just be you with no repercussions. Sara has always loved photography since she was a child. Her mission is to capture every precious moment there is so parents and loved ones can always have a piece of someone to cherish.
